i retain the rights to my designs and artwork, meaning i have the right to post and share my work on my platforms, use them in portfolios, and use them in other situations such as artbooks, tutorials, etc. this may be discussed with the client beforehand.

you may not copy, trace, or reproduce my artwork or designs, even if you own them. you may not claim my art as your own.

any new owner / recipient of my designs must be notified and be aware of my terms of service.

you may not use any sort of my designs or artwork for any type of commercial use. this includes v-tubers, fursuits / premades, stickers / t-shirts / merch, etc. the only time this will be accepted is on rare occasion and if a commercial use fee is discussed. [ MY WORK IS NOT FOR PERMITTED FOR COMMERCIAL USE. ] personal use however for: fursuits, stickers, and t-shirts etc is acceptible, please send an inquiry and ask if you are unsure.

you may not sell, trade, purchase / trade for, or gift my designs or artwork to blacklisted users.

you may not take heavy inspiration, color-pick, make siblings of, or copy / steal my designs. you may not use any designs / artwork of mine that you do not own, may not use them in roleplay, may not use them as profile pictures, and may not use them for AI or NFTs.

my credit must remain intact for the design and artwork at all times, you may not change creator or designer permissions, regardless if the design has been "revamped" by another artist. do not add another artist to the creator / design credits even if mine remains as part of them, they still did not create the design.

do not use my designs for any sort of stories or artwork pertaining to negative views such as homophobia, zoophilia / feral nsfw, etc or any other problematic views.

you may only sell a design of mine for the approximate monetary value that you have SPENT on the character and its artwork. personal art, traded artwork, and gifted artwork do not count and does NOT add monetary value to my designs. [ PERSONAL ARTWORK DOES NOT ADD MONETARY / SALE VALUE TO MY DESIGNS. ]

you may not impose "trade value" onto my designs, especially if it's unreasonably high compared to the actual value of the character. you may not inflate the value of my design based off of what you traded for it. you may not resell a design of mine for its previous monetary value if you have received it through a trade or gift. you may only ever resell it for the amount of money you spend on it. once a design has been traded or gifted, its monetary value has been reset to "$0" until more monetary value (from art / physical pieces) that you have PURCHASED is once again added to it.

do not delete the profile of my design.

do not private / make my designs "authorized-only" unless you provide me with either a key to the character or an authorization. they must remain visible to me at all times.

my designs must remain on toyhouse at all times, even if their owner is an offsite user. either they can be given a code, or someone can hold them until they either make an account or resell / retrade the design. there are plenty of free toyhouse codes out there. you may NOT resell my designs on platforms such as amino, my designs are always hosted on toyhouse and i will regard amino posts as STOLEN.

you may not make "siblings" / "parents" or copies of my designs.

you may SLIGHTLY edit on top of / over my [ DESIGN ONLY ] (the original design image) artwork for small details such as very slight marking adjustments, eye color, hair color / adding hair, adding a nude version, etc. however credit MUST remain INTACT. the original file of the design must also remain available for any possible future owner. if you have received a colorless piece of artwork from me (ie sketch), you may not color in the lines or add color on your own.

redesigning / revamping previous designs of mine when you are in ownership is permitted, however they must remain somewhat similar in capacity to the original design and remain somewhat recognizable. do not make an entirely new character out of my design. if you sell the design, you may NOT separate the original and the redesign to sell separately, they must remain together as one character.

credit and / or my watermark must always be provided and / or visible. this is non-negotiable. credit me wherever you have my artwork / designs.

you may not insert your own rules onto my designs, and you may not inflate the price of them for any reason. (ie "they cost more because they're sentimental").

you may not convert my designs in any way into a closed or open species. my design is meant to stay as a standalone, and i will consider these as copies / replicas being made of the design.

you must contact me FIRST before attempting ANY sort of co-ownership of my designs. if a co-owner wishes to sell their half or if the group wishes to bring in a new co-owner, i must be updated, notified, and asked beforehand. this is to prevent theft and / or scamming. i must always be updated and aware of the co-ownership situation.

blacklisted users are NOT permitted to be apart of co-owned designs. i will check.

there may only be ONE profile for the design, meaning each user must / should come to a decision on which of them will host the profile on their account. [ DO NOT MAKE MULTIPLE PROFILES FOR CO-OWNS, ONLY ONE IS PERMITTED TO PREVENT CONFUSION ]
